My new baby dreads!

Mr Lemon turning me into a Dread Head!

I have to tell you that I am the new owner of brand new baby dreads! Wooha!

They aren’t very big or magical looking. They just are what they are.

At the moment they are messy and all over the place. A bit like me really! ;-)

I feel I was meant to have dreads. It feels so me.

I had a lot of inspiration along the way.

The lovely Denise at the Boho Girl blog had a huge influence in my decision to finally do it. After years of dreaming.

I just adore her and her gorgeous family! How cute is her son? Man oh man!

The day my dreadies were ‘created’ (Saturday, 26 November 2011) I felt giddy and excited! This was it. No turning back.

Just step into it!

Pinterest also allowed me to dream some more. What they will look like. What they could look like!

I’ve always dreamt of having them.

As I make crazy decisions like this, I am beginning to understand more and more what it means to live your spirit.

    It looks cool – would love to see more though – live your dreams my child,some of us lived our lifes,without touched any of our dreams,it is still there though,and i believe that if you put your mind to it,you can achieve it.

    Your dreads look lovely! I LOOOVE dreads, and have always toyed with the idea of getting them (I’m scared my head would be tooo itchy with them!) I might get a few put in the back one day though…happy dread day to you, I hope they make you happy! x

      Thanks Sooz! I’m so glad i got them… No more hair brushing … whoo-hoo! I’m using the crocheting method… so no itchy feeling as yet! I didn’t want to put any wax on mine… so they are ‘organic’! i.e. natural. Hope you get a few soon! Want to see! xxx
