 From here
This is a word I’m very interested in lately. LOVE.
So simple, yet so powerful.
In the circles of environmental and animal rights activists, I find myself surrounded with people that don’t particularly LOVE humans or Man or whatever word you might have for our species.
We have done some stupid things in our time here, no doubt. I cry about this most nights. We make stupid mistakes constantly. We kill, steal, rage, dominate and exploit constantly.
But I can’t help to think that at the core we are not like this.
People are good.
When Daniel Vitalis talks about this fact it makes sense to me. He says that we are our environment. The air we breath, the water we drink and the earth.
Our habitat is not ideal and we are adapting to our unideal habitat best we can. We have created an environment/habitat where humans can’t survive. This is ok though.
I’m not going to go on about how bad we are.
But how do we expect humans to react under these circumstances, this stress? Most people just don’t know what to do. Desperate. Longing. Yearning.
We need a new IMAGE. A new dream.
Our ultimate purpose on this earth surely is not to make enough money to buy the best shoes, the best designer outfits, fast cars, gadgets and fancy houses!
I don’t know, is it?
We have immense inner power. Power that we have forgotten.
We are an AWESOME species. The core of our hearts are true. We are remembering our main purpose on this planet and we are WAKING up… slowly.
Lets garden this planet until it flourishes. Lets look after our animals, until they respond and love us again.
Let’s share our LOVE! There is nothing more powerful than Mans LOVE. Let’s use that energy and change the IMAGE.
Let this man that begs for food, take a seed and put it in the earth and grow his food. May he remember how wonderfully gifted he is.
We are capable of making this world a paradise again.

your dream, you have your wonderful family with you and most important that you are with your loving husband, soooooo important for you, him and your chilluns and it seems that the tow of you share something very special… hold on to that.
I do not envy you as such but i do envy that you were able to break away from the trappings of our society and move to a quiet place and in so doing you have found yourself again.
I also do believe that we are where we are cos that is where we need to be at the time…. sounds complicated but….
Thanks for what you are doing to preserve opur preciosu planet.
Just thought I would make contact.
Take care

Hi Wyllis,
Thanks you so much for your comment! Whoo-hoo! I appreciate your kind words so much.
Life might seem blissful on the outside. We have our hard times. Life is never rosy and easy.
I hope you stay long enough so we can learn from each other. Do you have a blog or info I can read?
You sound like a wonderful person and thanks so much for making contact.
Much love,
xxx
