These crackers are perfect to keep in the fridge as a snack. If you need a healthier option in terms of a sandwich, these crackers are a great replacement. They are crunchy and can be used with most savory toppings. You can crunch them up in your favorite soup as well.

2 Ingredient Raw Vegan Flax Crackers

 2.50 cups Golden flax seeds
 4 Carrots
 0.50 tsp Spice (like garlic spice, salt and chili)

Blend the carrots with a bit of water and add it to the flax seeds.

Let it stand for about an hour so that the gel of the flax seeds can work its magic.

Dehydrate for about 4 - 6 hours or bake it in the oven until crisp.

Once it is ready, cut it into triangles or rectangles. Or any shape you desire. Add your favourite topping. I like tomato and vegan mozzarella cheese.
