Today is day 6 of my raw food journey and all I had in the house were some zucchinis, lime and ripe avocados. What to make?
Zucchini Noodles!
Spriralize two zucchinis.
Blend half a cup of water, two avosย and a tablespoon of tahini. Add lemon juice and spices like salt and pepper. Blend that up.
Pour over your noodles and enjoy!

- 2 x zucchini’s (baby marrows)
- 2 x Avocados
- 1 x Lime
- Tablespoon tahini
- Spices to taste
