This morning, I went to church. There is a beautif

This morning, I went to church. There is a beautiful old chapel in the middle of my new town.

The tall trees lining the pathway welcomed me. The church is built of stone, with the original structure dating back to 1855 and a newer addition from 1926. Inside, there are high ceilings and wooden beams with intricate designs. The windows are adorned with stained glass, and the light entering the church feels warm.

I sat on a bench, wondering about the stories held within these walls.

I found myself crying throughout the service, which irritated me a bit. 😊 But the priest spoke such powerful words, and the songs were beautiful.

This photo of me in my cabin doesn’t quite match my story, but I am smiling here—not necessarily on the outside, but internally. 😊

Visiting this local old church offered me a moment of reflection and connection that enriched my soul. 🥰
