Roasted radishes is probably the most well kept secret ever! I use radishes in salads and/or thinly sliced on sandwiches. But boy oh boy are you in for a treat! Radishes tastes sweet and soft when you roast them. They lose their peppery taste. Roasting them with the greens makes them extra delectable.

Olive oil or butter to drizzle
1tbspMinced garlic
3sticksFresh thyme
½tspSalt
¼tspPepper
½Fresh lime or lemon juice

Get a bunch of radishes. 9 Should do. Depending on their size. I like to leave the greens on when I roast them, as they go nice and crispy. Rinse your radishes very well in some water.
2

3
Add them to a pan with parchment paper and drizzle some olive oil or butter over. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over. Add the minced garlic and herbs as well.
4
Roast for about 15 - 20 minutes. The radishes should be slightly browned. The greens should be crispy.
5
Drizzle some lime juice over the radishes. If you want an extra flavour, add caesar or ranch dressing over and enjoy!
